Progressive density Plus

Key to the latest generation RV balers is the development of a progressive density bale formation system for improved bale structure. As the bale grows within the bale chamber, the belt tensioning arm is subjected to steadily increasing resistance from 2 hydraulic cylinders and a spring tensioner. So as the bale diameter grows, so does the bale's density.

AutoForm control system, in cab control and monitoring

The AutoForm in-cab control system allows the operator to make adjustments to the baler from the comfort and safety of the tractor cab.

High intake capacity

The 2.1 m wide pick-up allows easy handling of the heaviest of swaths produced by big capacity combines and mower conditioners. With the "open throat" bale chamber design there is no restriction in feeding the crop into the baler which contributes to a high in-field performance.

OptiFeed integral feed rotor

The OptiFeed rotor has triangular feed tines arranged in a helix which provides a fast and even feed of crop into the chamber.

The gentle handling of the crop with reduces fragmentation of the leaf which means lower harvest losses.The large diameter augers can even convey a tangled crop reliably into the bale chamber.

OptiCut crop chopping system

A further option is Vicon's OptiCut crop chopping system that uses 14 or 23 knife chopping rotors.

For heavy crops or lumpy matted swaths, Vicon's integral auger technology offers a high intake capacity.

1601-1901 Infobale

The RV 1601 and 1901 InfoBale models offer a high output performance in combination with simple controls for the user primarily working in hay and straw.

 The newly developed infobale electronic system assures automatic binding with the best possible results. It only requires setting the bale diameter and choosing between various binding programs for twine and/or net. No further adjustments are necessary. 

A mechanical left and right drive indicator assures well formed bales even in the poorest swath conditions. Bale diameter and binding program are set on the baler.
