Vicon CM 190-220-230
Braked saucers
The saucers can rotate during mowing, so the machine can closely
follow the ground contours. However, they stop at once when the
machine is lifted. That prevents imbalance caused by damaged or
fouled saucers and eliminates the risk of objects being flung
away. An important argument for saucers with a large diameter,
like in the case of the CM 230.
Continuously variable cutting height
It is located on top of the mower so there's no need to crawl
under the machine. The cutting height is continuously variable,
directly accessible and easy to read out. At one glance you can
check whether the machine height on the left is the same as on
the right.
The saucer is adjusted, not the drum skirt, so the spacing
between the drum skirt and the frame always remains the same.
That results in a maximum passage height at all settings. The
conditioner and the swath wheel do not have to be adjusted.
Conditioning: for a faster grass harvest
The CM 190, 220 and 230 can all be supplied or retrofitted with
a drum conditioner. With a special mounting plate and cleverly
designed fasteners, the conditioner can be mounted and
dismounted without special tools; flexible and time-saving.
Unique spreading width adjustment!
The conditioners have continuously variable spreader elements.
If required, they can even be set for wide spreading! That may
save one tedding pass. Moreover, a spread swath assures good
pickup and tedding quality on the first pass with your tedder.
